A participatory process is a sequence of participatory activities (e.g. first filling out a survey, then making proposals, discussing them in face-to-face or virtual meetings, and finally prioritizing them) with the aim of defining and making a decision on a specific topic.
Examples of participatory processes are: a process of electing committee members (where candidatures are first presented, then debated and finally a candidacy is chosen), participatory budgets (where proposals are made, valued economically and voted on with the money available), a strategic planning process, the collaborative drafting of a regulation or norm, the design of an urban space or the production of a public policy plan.

About this process
Sur la période 2019-2022, le plan Maryse Bastié, feuille de route régionale pour la filière Aéronautique, Spatial, Défense (ASD), affichait que la Région soit un territoire pionnier et innovant pour une filière Aéronautique et Spatiale décloisonnée, agile et durable reste d’actualité. Malgré les crises successives, cette ambition reste d’actualité.
La période arrivant à son terme et la Région ayant redéfini son Schéma Régional de Développement Economique, d’Innovation et d’Internationalisation (SRDEII), il est nécessaire de construire une version du Plan Maryse Bastié en cohérence avec les ambitions régionales du SRDEII tout en prenant en compte le contexte de crises successives et les enjeux de transitions de la filière.
